Starting with estate agencies and mortgage brokers at Oxford, Witney, Banbury, Abingdon and Swindon.
After five years these were sold to make way for the group's house building arm which included a swimming pool company.
Our Developments over the Years
There followed a substantial operation, and developments were completed in the Midlands, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Bucks, Dorset, Glos, Wiltshire, and shops and flats in the centre of Bristol, commercial projects in Oxon, Hampshire; offices in Hull, Sheffield, Manchester, Brighton, Eynsham, Oxon, Banbury, Cheltenham, Abingdon, Swindon Wilts, Bristol and West London.
The group went on to build houses, shops, offices, and enterprise parks in various parts of the country.
Oxford, Jericho, St Clements, 20 flats Walton Street, Oxford, Witney (owned land for 300 houses), North Leigh (24 detached bungalows), Old Headington, Headington, Shotover, Iffley Road Oxford, Botley, Kidlington, Charlbury, Banbury, Southbourne, Sandbanks (Poole), Abingdon, Andover, 20 detached houses at Corfe Castle Swanage, seafront flats at Swanage, parade of shops and 15 flats in the centre of Bristol, offices at Manchester, Marlow, Banbury, Hull, Ruislip, Cardiff, Oxford, Cheltenham, Brighton, Sheffield, Bristol, commercial development at Oakfield Eynsham, 200 house development at Carterton, North Oxford, Christchurch Bournemouth, Grove, Charlbury, Chadlington, Bicester, Clifton, Aston Clinton and the group's headquarters at Eynsham.
